Our Quality Assurance Policies

In order to continuously achieve our mission, we, at IMPACT, strive on Quality. The Quality Assurance System (‘QAS’) applies to all activities of the Company, and has been developed in accordance with ISO 9001-2008. The QAS is well documented.

Our quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services, which consistently exceeds the needs and expectations of our customers. This is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to provide services to existing and potential customers. Achievement of this policy requires joint effort of each and every person in the organization, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee at the time of induction.

The objectives of the QAS can be broadly summarized as under:
  • To maintain an effective QAS, complying with International Standard Quality Systems.
  • To achieve and maintain a level of quality, which enhances the Company's reputation with customers.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
  • To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided IMPACT.
