Under his leadership, IMPACT has accelerated the transition of informal jobs to formal platforms thereby helping bring predictable incomes, social security, healthcare and other benefits to thousands of workers across India. He had done BE in Electronics from Yashwantrao University and has worked for 6 years in Various roles in Wipro Limited before becoming an entrepreneur in the year 1994.
Madhav invested into KEY CONSULTANT (now IMPACT INFOTECH) in 2008, took on the role of CEO & MD. This success achieved by IMPACT can be attributed to a combination of strong organic growth and a series of deep value acquisitions, Madhav expertise in identifying value-accretive and transformative deals combined with his focus on operational efficiency and business development has helped IMPACT scale itself rapidly. He is a first-generation entrepreneur and under his leadership IMPACT is now a 4000+ strong family.
Vineet Kewlani is the COO of our Company. He holds a degree in Commerce from University of Jodhpur. He has over 16 years of experience in the field of information technology and have since worked with large and small companies alike over the past 10 + years in different geographies. He has been the COO at IMPACT since July 2017. Vineet has been in the forefront of many successful business turnarounds. His remarkable people connect and out of the box business strategies have endeared friends, colleagues and professionals across business lines and Industry Verticals. Vineet’s proven track record of astounding business and personal accomplishments reassures his clients with his credibility of delivering incredible results.
He had started his career building next generation technology for world class companies. He had enjoyed building talent-based organizations and maximizing the potential of people, process and technologies to produce high quality work in a cost effective manner for our clients.
