Be cautious with unofficial communication
Verify unexpected messages from personal numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media accounts, online groups, similar-looking email addresses, or unfamiliar websites.
Verify employment documents
Logos, signatures, stamps, letterheads, email trails, PDFs, and messages can be forged. Independently verify offer and appointment documents before acting.
Do not share sensitive information
Never share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, banking credentials, card details, Aadhaar or PAN copies, or identity documents with unverified contacts.
Verify job opportunities
Apply through official Impact Infotech channels, authorised recruiters, verified postings, or recognised recruitment partners before proceeding.

Fraudulent parties may use the Impact Infotech name, logo, employee identities, fake references, forged letters, or lookalike websites.
Fake recruitment agencies
Promises of guaranteed selection, faster shortlisting, or immediate joining in exchange for money.
Social media job scams
Fake LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram profiles using company information.
Fake job postings
Unauthorised vacancies published on job portals, websites, social media, or messaging groups.
Training fee scams
Requests for payment for assessments, certifications, software access, medical tests, or onboarding kits.
Message-based scams
Suspicious links, unknown downloads, fake forms, payment requests, or false joining instructions.
Fake offer letters
Branded offer, appointment, salary, or onboarding documents designed to look genuine.

- Do not click suspicious links or download unknown applications.
- Stop and report the communication if you cannot verify it.

If you receive suspicious communication claiming to be from Impact Infotech, report it before making any payment or sharing more information. Include the recruiter’s name, contact details, job reference, screenshots, documents, or payment request when available.
